Is it Possible to Broadcast Messages When the Client Has Not Subscribed?

Broadcast messages allow businesses to send out bulk messages to customers. This can be done either through WABA. However, to be able to broadcast messages to clients using WABA but you must be a subscriber to our platform. 

Can I Import Contacts?

We understand that big businesses have a large number of contacts, and it's not feasible to add phone contacts individually before broadcast. Thankfully, we are integrating features to allow you to import your contacts. This will be made available soon.

How Do I Connect the Service If I Already Have WhatsApp for Business Account?

To connect to the service, you would need to insert the token to our service, which then allows you to have access to your WABA channel.

How Do I Get WhatsApp Token?

To get a WhatsApp token or API, you need to register to 360 Dialog and pass the verification process. As soon as your WhatsApp number is verified, create an API key. Please click here for further information on how to register for WhatsApp Business API.

Can I Connect My Phone Number That Was Previously Connected to WhatsApp?

You can't use the same phone number to connect to WhatsApp. If you must use the same number, you will have to disconnect one and link the other. You can find more information on unlinking a number Here. While connecting your number to another account, all your incoming messages will be in the queue until your linking is completed successfully.

Can I Transfer a Number from Another Provider to 360 Dialog?

Yes, it is possible to change between Solution Providers as long as the source and destination of the Facebook Business IDs are the same across accounts. The number used to set up WhatsApp for Business API can be ported between WhatsApp Business API accounts. This allows businesses to switch between solution providers or switch their numbers to a new account. You can get more information about phone number porting by following the link.

Can I link my Current 360 Dialog Account to Your Platform?

Yes, you can link your current 360 Dialog to BotHelp. First, you need to fill the 360 Dialog Form. Note that the process takes up to 7 days. Once the process is completed, BotHelp will be able to see your WhatsApp Business number in our 360 Partner Hub.

How to Link an Active WhatsApp Number to WhatsApp Business Account?

Ideally, you can't use the same WhatsApp number on your account. Before you can link a WhatsApp number to your business account, you need to delete the other following the link. Once you have deactivated the account, go through 360 Dialog to link the number to your Business Account. Remember that a deleted account is irreversible.

Can I Still Use My WABA WhatsApp Number on My Personal WhatsApp?

After you have unlinked your number from your Personal WhatsApp Account and assigned that to your Business Account, you can't still use it. You will need to get another number and designate that to your Personal WhatsApp Account.

Can I Import My Backups Using WhatsApp Business API?

Currently, there is no option to import backups of previous conversations once you have upgraded your number to WhatsApp for business API.

What Information is Retained in My Phone Number After Porting?

After porting, the phone retains some information such as display name, previously approved message template, quality rating, and your official business status.
